Diary of my last 2 weeks ♥

Yeah. So people. A lot has happened since when I last was here, to be honest, it's my lazyness! I'll start from the beginning. As a sort of diary I guess (only the interesting days :P)

Monday, 19th July...
My 18th birthday! wahoo!

My mum took me to lakeside to F Hinds jewellers where we found some lovely fossil jewellery. She got me a fossil bracelet and matching necklace which are absolutely gorgeous! They're made out of stainless steel and have little keys on them.. symbolic because 18 is supposed to be when you get the key to the door and all that! I also got a white gold and diamond ring from Warren James. I will have to post a picture next time, as I haven't got one right now. I also got £200 from Dad, £100 from my nan, a crystal silver bracelet from my older brother, and £50 from my other nan, £10 RI gift voucher, £5 body shop voucher (also £5 free birthday gift from the membership card) and various little things from friends like a "little miss birthday" book and a makeshift barbeque and marshmallows that we could cook outside on the night of my party, and a disposible camera to remember my party :)

Tuesday 20th July...
Beach!
We were celebrating 3 birthdays of my friends, and generally had a laugh there. Here's a pic:
you can see me on the far left, digging a hole to make an armchair. "lol!"
I was also wearing my jewellery that mum got me yesterday, i completely scratched up my bracelet, it went all dull and I was so gutted =[

Wednesday 21st July...
Much of the same.. went back to the same beach, for yet another birthday party for my best friend Kel. She has the same birthday as me (July 19th) but spent our actual birthdays celebrating with our respective families. Another picture for you, when we went to the local park
grr! This time I didn't wear my birthday jewellery, I'd already learnt my lesson

Thursday 22nd July...
My birthday party.
Unlike the days before, mine was an evening party. It was really cool, we all had a blast. It ended at 12am and everyone left and I went to bed, however, i woke up 2 hours later only to be sick! Too much drink! haha.

This was most of us, although some people had left before we got a chance for a group photo =[

Monday, 26th July
The accident.
I was picking my laptop up to show my mum a song, when it slipped out of my hand. It bashed my wrist which knocked my bracelet off (breaking it...) but luckily the laptop bounced on my bed. So I saved the laptop, at the expense of breaking the bracelet! It was definately time to take another trip down to the jewellers to repair/replace it cause it shouldn't be doing that.. not at 1 week old!

Tuesday 27th July
Another Lakeside trip
So once again, we went to lakeside to take the broken bracelet to them. When we did, they said did you want a new one? I was over the moon when they said that! I'd scratched it up really badly but they didn't seem to notice, I was more than happy to accept a new one! very very happy. Also, I took the opportunity to get my ears pierced - something I've been wanting to do for a long time! The actual piercing and earcare solution was free, aswell as giving me 20% off my first purchase of non-starter earrings. All you had to do was buy the earrings. There was a small selection of silver, gold and titanium earrings. I chose to get white gold ones with 5mm cubic zirconias which cost me £35 but I didn't mind, I wanted to treat myself for my birthday :)

I like them, but I really want square cut ones. Unfortunately they didn't do this as starter earrings because they already had the stud attached to the gun in a packet to make sure everything is sterile. I think I will use my 20% off voucher to buy a pair of square ones, especially as I'm allergic to jewellery which isn't gold or silver so I'd prefer to buy them from a jewellers.

Thursday 29th July...
Disaster.
I woke up around 12:30pm (lazy I know) to find that one of my earrings had come out when i was sleeping! I thought, i'll just put it back in... simple but the holes had healed over! the back was completely healed but there was still signs of a hole in the front of my ear. I tried and tried for hours to repierce my ear (which was very painful!) Poking it for so long only made it sore to touch.. and still not completely pierced either... We tried Ametop which is a numbing gel but it didn't work! luckily it only cost £1.10 :P my mum's boyfriend ended up quickly piercing it (with pain =[ ) but at least it was over, even if it was after 7 hours of attempting to do it myself :/

I promise I will keep more up to date with you guyss!
At the moment I'm on the hunt for a new purse, and generally a bit of a spash the cash job since I got a load for my birthday! I will get pics of my birthday jewellery soon, i love it so much, i just have to share it with you guys!

Thanks for reading, I managed to fit 2 weeks into one post! wahoo. I hope you're all doing okay.

Love,
Emz ♥
